CalmWel® Liquid is a multi-botanical complementary liquid formula developed to support calm behavior, stress and fear response, behavioral balance, relaxation, and environmental adaptation during stressful periods in cats and dogs.

Supports behavioral response during noise, travel, veterinary visits, moving, unfamiliar environments, and changes in routine.

Not Intended for Sedation

Ingredients & Formulation Rationale
CalmWel® Liquid is not based on a single calming herb. Its 14 botanical ingredients are combined to support calmness, stress response, behavioral balance, relaxation, and environmental adaptation through complementary pathways.
Calmness & Relaxation
Valeriana officinalis, Humulus lupulus, and Melissa officinalis form the core botanical group supporting calm behavior and relaxation.
Behavioral Balance
Leonurus cardiaca, Valeriana officinalis, and Humulus lupulus complement support for behavioral balance during periods of restlessness and over-arousal.
Environmental Adaptation
Melissa, Crataegus, and complementary botanicals support adjustment to environmental change and stress-response management.
Tension Support
Meadowsweet, peony, sweet clover, and other selected botanicals complement the relaxation and behavioral-comfort pathway.
Formulation approach: CalmWel® Liquid is not intended to produce marked sedation. Its core strategy is to support calmness → stress and fear response → behavioral balance → environmental adaptation. The liquid form also allows practical timing before predictable stressful events.

Veterinary Approach
New or marked behavioral changes should be evaluated for possible underlying causes such as pain, neurologic disease, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal disease, urinary disease, or environmental stressors.
CalmWel® Liquid does not replace behavior modification or necessary veterinary treatment. When indicated, it should be combined with environmental management and a veterinarian-directed behavior plan.
Use & Safety Note
- Consult a veterinarian if the animal is receiving sedatives or other medications that affect the central nervous system.
- Because the formula contains Hypericum perforatum, veterinary review is important in animals receiving ongoing medications due to potential interactions.
- Consult a veterinarian before use during pregnancy or lactation.
- Discontinue use if individual sensitivity to any ingredient is suspected.
Directions for Use
CalmWel® Liquid is supplied in liquid form.
Cats: 2 mL per administration.
Dogs:
- Up to 10 kg: 2–4 mL
- Over 10 kg: 4 mL for each 10 kg of body weight
Frequency
Administer twice daily.
Before predictable stressful events
For travel, veterinary visits, or similar known stressors, it may be administered approximately 2 hours before the event.
Administration
May be administered directly by mouth or mixed with an appropriate amount of food.
Duration and dose may be individualized by the veterinarian according to the animal's clinical and behavioral response.
